Hi, foodlover of La Comida Deliciosa,

Fried chips you can make in all sorts and sizes. So last I made chips of sweet potato in the oven, this time it's chips of polenta.

Polenta, an ingredient which you see in the shop en still don't buy. Finally I thought why not and I bought a package with polenta. Still it has been in the cupboard for a while till a photo in a cooking magazine caught my attention. Is it crisp, or not? 

Read the recipe or make pasta with white fish, chili peppers and pine nuts.

Patatas fritas puedes hacer en todas las clases y medidas. Final así he hecho fritas de batata en el horno, esa vez esta fritas de polenta.

Polenta, un ingrediente que ves en la tienda y de todos modos no compras. Al final pensé porqué no y he comprado un envase de polenta. Todos modos se ha encontrado todavía un tiempo en el armario hasta que una foto en una revista de cocinar llamó mi atención.¿Está crujiente, ¿no?

Hallo, eetliefhebber van La Comida Deliciosa,

Gebakken friet kun je in alle soorten en maten maken. Zo heb ik laatst friet van zoete aardappel in de oven gemaakt, deze keer is het friet van polenta.

Polenta, een ingrediënt dat je in de winkel ziet en toch niet koopt. Uiteindelijk dacht ik waarom ook niet en heb een pak polenta gekocht. Het heeft toch nog een tijdje in de kast gestaan totdat een foto in het kooktijdschrift mijn aandacht trok. Is het krokant of niet?
